We want every beat, note, and scene to bring you joy! If your order isn’t what you expected, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
You may return unopened CDs & DVDs within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be sealed in original shrink wrap and in the same condition you received them.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged discs will be replaced with the same title at no extra cost.
If the title is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund.
Non-returnable items
Opened CDs, DVDs and digital downloads cannot be returned unless defective.
How to start a return
1. Email nellrecords@btinternet.com with your order number, product title, and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
3. Pack your item securely to avoid damage in transit.
